Shanti Tea Review: Mao Feng Grade A
A review by Shanti Tea of our new small lot of Mao Feng reserve tea. Available while quantities remain!
Read MoreSpring harvested green tea nurtured by the sub tropical spring mists of the high elevation-grown, China. This tea gets its name Jade Cloud from the mountain mist that blankets the landscape. The clouds shade the tea, promoting a high concentration of nutrients and a deep green pigment. Fresh, fruity aroma. Long, thin, deep-green, almost emerald colored leaves. The flavor is mellow and refreshing, nice nuances of toasted nuts, light sweetness, fruitiness and umami flavors. Friendly, deliciously fun green tea to enjoy daily or pair with variety of foods. It also performs exceptionally well in cold brew, exuding delightful flavors and aromas.

A very mild tea. I tried at various temps and times but still couldn’t find anything that made this a good tea. |
