Berry Blast

It balances sweetness, making it an excellent contrast to rich or sugary desserts. Its bright acidity acts as a palate cleanser, refreshing the mouth between bites of buttery pastries or creamy desserts. Iced Berry Blast is especially good with fruit tarts, lemon bars, shortbread, panna cotta, and vanilla or berry-based ice creams. Would pair beautifully with a wedding cake and a splash of champage!!
