How to steep green tea properly
Just a difference of 15 seconds, or a temperature variance of as little as 2 degrees can make the difference between an exquisite cup of tea and an awfully bitter tea experience.
Read MorePeppermint is an herbal tisane that is naturally caffeine free. It has a strong aroma, a sweet refreshing flavor with a cool aftertaste, and makes a relaxing aromatic drink. It can be enjoyed hot or iced. Hot peppermint tea makes a great after-meal drink, as it is known to help with digestion and soothe upset stomachs. Make sure to keep tea covered while steeping so that the health promoting essential oils don't evaporate.

The Origin of Mint:Legend has it that Hades, God of the Underworld, fell in love with a beautiful water nymph named Minthe. In a jealous fury, his wife Persephone transformed the nymph into a plant, and stepped on her out of revenge. While Hades could not save the nymph, he was able to make the plant release a delightful scent so that the more she was stepped on, the sweeter she would smell.
